Where we ship
We ship from Dubai, UAE to customers across the Middle East and worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary by destination.
Processing times
- Orders are typically processed within 1�2 business days (Mon�Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Personalized or pre-order items may require extra time; any delay will be noted on the product page.
Delivery estimates
- UAE Domestic: 1�3 business days
- GCC Countries: 3�5 business days
- Middle East & North Africa: 5�7 business days
- International: 7�14 business days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners. Weather, customs, or peak seasons may cause delays.
Shipping fees & free delivery
- Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Free Delivery above 100 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) on a single order subtotal, after discounts and before taxes.
- Free delivery applies to all UAE orders and select international destinations.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility. UAE orders include 5% VAT.
Failed delivery & address changes
- Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot guarantee edits after an order is placed.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund minus outbound shipping costs.
Returns & exchanges
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags/accessories.
- Non-returnable: blind boxes that have been opened, consumables, clearance items marked "Final Sale", gift cards, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., worn apparel).
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
How to request a return
- Email returns@labubuarabia.fun with your order number and reason.
- We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
- Pack items securely; include any free gifts that came with the product.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5�10 business days (your bank may take longer).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
