These Terms govern your access to and use of lbubuarabia.com and purchases from Labubu Arabia Trading LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are shown in USD (converted at checkout if you choose another currency). Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, errors, or policy violations (you will be refunded in such cases).
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways. We do not store full card details.

Shipping, risk & title

Shipping terms, delivery windows, and free-delivery thresholds are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Product information

• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
• Colors may vary by screen. Blind-box items are random by design and cannot be exchanged for specific variants.
• All Labubu products are officially licensed and 100% authentic.

User accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful purposes).

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. Labubu characters and designs are trademarks of Kasing Lung and Toyzeroplus.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
